What is bacteriostatic water?
Sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol added. The benzyl alcohol inhibits bacterial growth, which is what allows a multiple-dose vial to be entered more than once. It's commonly used to dilute or dissolve medications.
What's the difference between the Hospira 30 mL and the Depot 10 mL?
The Hospira 30 mL is the widely used pharmacy vial made by Hospira, a Pfizer company. The 10 mL is BAC Water Depot's own label in a smaller vial, handy when you only need a little at a time.

How should I store it?
Store at controlled room temperature, 20–25 °C (68–77 °F), unless the label says otherwise. Once a vial has been opened, follow the product label and your healthcare provider's directions on how long to use it.
Can I return an order?
Because these are sterile products, opened vials can't be returned. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days and we'll replace it.
